Biography |
She comes up on the celebrity scene after partnering with Alicia Silverstone
in the role of Tai, a crazy girl, in the 1995 comedy "Clueless".
After playing the role of a waster, she becomes resolute to personify
more sophisticated roles. Just to prove that she is not that negligent
as her heroine is. This way, Brittany embarks on playing roles in
TV series where she manifests her astounding multi-lateral talent.
Murphy was born in Atlanta, on November 10, 1977. She was raised by
her mother in Edison, New Jersey . At nine Brittany participates in
a local theatre performance. Later she appears in several commercial
video clips. In 1990 Murphy gets the role of sitcom Blossom . 1992
is the year when she is given the leading role in the family drama:
Family Prayers . Her gift to personify various characters similar
to the one in Clueless is clearly demonstrated in "Freeway",
1996, as well as in the absolute hit named "Girl, Interrupted"
from 1999 , where she gives life to a dramatic role. Later the same
year, she takes part in "Drop Dead Gorgeous" .
The roles she interprets are miscellaneous. She even performs for
the TV in the gloomy Holocaust drama "The Devil's Arithmetic"
. Murphy partners with huge stars such as Michael Douglas in the thriller
"Don't Say a Word". Another successful role she plays in
"Riding in Cars With Boys" from 2001 where Brittany is co-starring
with the notorious Drew Barrymore, She even partners with Eminem in
his first movie project "8 mile" - where she plays his muse.
In the beginning of 2003 her comedian talent shines out in "Just
Married". The various appearances of Brittany do not stop up
to here. She implants ser voice in the TV animation "King of
the Hill". It's a question of time for her to make a really outstanding
appearance that will immediately take her to the top list of Hollywood
