Born 34 years ago in Romeo, Michigan, Kid Rock is first introduced into the
world as Robert James Ritchie. He becomes famous for his spectacular style
in
combining rapping with traditional rock elements. Kid first gets acquainted
with the magic of hip-hop when being a little boy, developing a rapidly
blossoming passion for performing hip hop as a real professional. His
highly-personal rapping style is easily noticed, especially in New York,
where he moves
in search of his big chance. The latter does not happen to be late in
arriving. Having just turned 18, Kid already has a tour deal with Ice Cube
and Too
$hort. That fueled the release of his first album Grits Sandwiches for
Breakfast in 1989 on the Jive label. The follow-up The Polyfuze Method
proves to be more successful than the debut release. However, by switching
to Atlantic Records Kid's career takes a new course that brings him the
first
noticeable success. With the album Devil Without a Cause (1998) album Kid
steps firmly on the hip-hop scene and is applauded by an increasing number
new fans. Other successful releases by Rock are The History of Rock
compilation and the 2001's new-song-only Cocky. Kid's latest album is named
after him. In
personal life Kid is as noisy as on the hip-hop-rock scene. He was
emotionally linked to sex goddess Pamela Anderson, while she was still
married to rock
musician Tommy Lee. Currently featuring in his list of romantic acquisitions
is actress Jaime Pressly.

About a month later the couple went to Kid Rocks next show at Tradewinds in Sea Bright and Squindo brought along some sketches he had drawn of the artist. The tour manager let him go on the bus, and Kid Rock liked the designs. Squindo designed T-shirts for him for the next seven months.
