She saw the light of the day on the 8th of November, 1975 in Wyckoff, New Jersey, in the family of Tom and Donna, teachers and managers of a pair of day care
centers. Tara plunges into the acting world when being very young. She acts in a remarkably original way. Her origin is pretty colourful: her blood is a
mixture of Irish, Italian, French, Hungarian, and English blood vessels. At 6 she sings and dances on the tables of the local mall. Her first appearance in
front of the camera is in the TV show Child's Play, in 1982, followed by shots for ads of popular names such as Crayola, Jell-O and McDonald's. Her rush to
the public scene, however, does not end here. In order to be more convincing in her appearances, she enters a Professional Children's School in New York
City. Her schoolmates include such well-known names as Macaulay Culkin, Jerry O'Connell, Sarah Michelle Gellar, and Holly MarieCombs.
In 1994 Tara takes part in Saved By the Bell - which proves to be successful. Some time later, she moves to appear in another TV production Days of Our Lives, through a supporting role. She attacks the big screen by appearing in a series of movies, where she makes good, if not that big roles : Cruel Intentions and Urban Legends, with Alicia Witt and Rebecca Gayheart. In 1999 her career at last takes the successful direction and she appears in: The Big Lebowski, as the much younger wife of The Big Lebowski. She makes quite a remarkable role in American Pie. However, her most distinctive role is the one in Body Shots. She later plays in Dr. T & the Women. The year of 2001 abounds in roles, she takes part in Just Visiting and Josie and the Pussycats (based on the Archie Comics), and afterwards plays for the follow-up to American Pie. In the course of the next year she plays in the comedies: National Lampoon's Van Wilder and My Boss's Daughter. Currently, Tara is engaged to the v Carson Daly's host, who had a small cameo in Josie and The Pussycats up until 2001 .
